How we work

Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office, the rest is yours. Six-week shipping cycles. One full week off between cycles, syncs to recover. We don't ship on Fridays. We don't message after 18:00.

What we pay

Senior engineers: €95–125k base + 0.1–0.4% equity
Designers: €80–105k base + 0.05–0.2% equity
Customer roles: €65–90k base + 0.02–0.1% equity
Health insurance, 28 days PTO, €2k/yr learning budget, full kit
